This Privacy Policy explains how Realtymarketing.app ("RealtyMarketing", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the RealtyMarketing mobile app, our website at realtymarketing.app, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are & how to contact us

If you are in the EEA/UK and we are required to designate one, our data protection contact is hello@realtymarketing.app.
2. Who this Policy covers
The Service is intended for real estate professionals (18+) marketing properties. It is not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect data from children — see Section 12.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Account & profile: name, email address, phone number, country, timezone, account type (e.g. agent/broker), and password (stored only as a hash by our auth provider).
- Business & branding: company name, logo, brand colors and fonts, and other marketing preferences.
- Property & listing content: property details, descriptions, addresses, and photos you upload from your device's photo library.
- Generated content: marketing graphics, images, and videos created for you through the Service.
- Communications: messages, feedback (including the reason you optionally provide when deleting your account), and support requests.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & app data: device model, operating system, app version, language, and crash/diagnostic data.
- Usage data: features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Push notification token: a device identifier used to deliver notifications (only if you enable them).
- Approximate technical data: IP address and related network information.
We do not access your microphone or camera, and we request photo-library access only to let you add photos to a listing and to save generated graphics/videos back to your device.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Sign-in providers (Google, Apple, Facebook/Meta): when you sign in with these, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier per the permissions you grant. Apple may provide a private relay email; Facebook/Meta provides profile data per the scopes you approve.
- Connected Meta accounts: if you connect Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, we receive the account/page identifiers and access tokens needed to publish on your behalf (see Section 7).
4. How we use your information
We use information to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- Provide the Service — build listing sites, generate marketing graphics/images/videos, and (where you connect them) publish to your social channels;
- Send transactional and push notifications you've enabled;
- Provide support, respond to requests, and process account-deletion feedback;
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- With your consent or as permitted by law, improve and develop new features.
4.1 Automated content generation
The Service uses automated, template-based processing to generate marketing content (graphics, images, and video) from the property details, photos, and branding you provide. We do not use this processing to make legally significant decisions about you. Generated outputs are made available to you within the Service.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), consent (e.g. push notifications, certain Meta integrations, marketing), legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers / sub-processors acting on our behalf, including:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, hosting, push delivery (FCM).
- Apple Push Notification service — push delivery on iOS.
- Email delivery provider — to send transactional email (e.g. account and notification emails).
- Meta Platforms — see Section 7.
- At your direction — content you choose to publish to your connected Facebook/Instagram or other channels.
- Legal / safety — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

7. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) integrations
Our use of Meta data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access Meta data only with your authorization and use it solely to provide the features you request.
- Facebook Login: if you sign in with Facebook, we receive your name, email, and profile identifier per the permissions you approve. You can review or revoke our access anytime in your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Publishing to Facebook Pages / Instagram: when you connect a Page or Instagram account, we store the access tokens required to publish content you create at your request. We do not post without your action, and we access only the scopes needed to publish and confirm publication.
- Meta Pixel / Ads / Conversions API: where you run or we facilitate advertising, we may share event and conversion data (which may include hashed identifiers such as a hashed email) with Meta for ad delivery, measurement, and attribution. This is done in accordance with Meta's terms and applicable law, and where required, your consent.
Meta data deletion / deauthorization: you may disconnect Meta at any time within the app or in your Facebook settings, which revokes our access. To request deletion of Meta-derived data we hold, email hello@realtymarketing.app or use realtymarketing.app/delete-account. We honor Meta's data-deletion callback requirements.
8. Push notifications
If you enable notifications, we use your device push token to send listing and activity updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings; this stops further notifications and we stop using the token for delivery.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Account-deletion feedback is retained in aggregated/limited form for product improvement.
10. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact hello@realtymarketing.app. You may also:
- Edit your profile in the app.
- Control permissions (photos, notifications) in your device settings.
- Disconnect Google/Apple/Meta in the app or the provider's settings.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11. Account & data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time, in two ways:
- In the app: Account → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your account, sites, listings, uploaded photos, generated content, and associated data, and revokes connected sign-in/Meta authorizations.
- On the web: visit realtymarketing.app/delete-account and follow the instructions (no app required).
Some records may be retained briefly as described in Section 9. Deletion is irreversible.
12. Children's privacy
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not intended for, or directed to, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 in the U.S.). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@realtymarketing.app and we will delete it.
13. International data transfers
We operate globally and may process and store information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers out of the EEA/UK.
14. Security
We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted infrastructure (Google Cloud/Firebase) — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Region-specific disclosures
- EEA/UK (GDPR): see Sections 5, 10, and 13. You may contact our data-protection contact and your supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing." We do not sell personal information. Certain ad-related data sharing (Section 7) may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you may opt out by emailing hello@realtymarketing.app or disabling ad integrations.
- Other U.S. states / regions: equivalent rights may apply; contact us to exercise them.
16. Third-party links & services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites and platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
17. App store notices
Information we declare in Apple's App Privacy label (App Store) and Google Play's Data safety form is intended to be consistent with this Policy. If you notice a discrepancy, contact us and we will reconcile it.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (e.g. in-app or by email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
